Momentary Monday's

I am sure others could share the wisdom learned when reflecting back to those moments where you felt absolutely stuck in time due to the intense emotions surrounding you. The pain of being stuck in those moments were, at the time, beyond definition and yet when looking back on them now, with a little distance, they seem so momentary and seem to have passed rather quickly. Sometimes we convince ourselves out of doing something or sharing our feelings with someone out of fear. Fear is momentary and it will pass as quickly as it came. One of the most beautiful movies, for so many reasons, "We Bought A Zoo", shares a lovely moment between a father and son as the father imparts wisdom to his son about overcoming those momentary moments and taking up the courage within to do something different...to do something more. I hope we each live through those tough moments in a new way, a way that allows us to face fear with a more powerful light, by discovering the courage within ourselves.
